- Business data — quotes, invoices, client names, ABN, and pricing you create within the app.
- Usage data — anonymised data about how features are used, to improve the product.
- Device information — device type and OS version for crash reporting and compatibility.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the Quote2Bill app and its features.
- To send quotes and invoices on your behalf when you use the send function.
- To send follow-up reminders as configured by you.
- To improve the product through anonymised analytics.
- To respond to support requests you submit.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Authentication), hosted in Google Cloud infrastructure. Firebase complies with ISO 27001, SOC 2/3, and other leading security standards.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with third parties except:
- Service providers who help us operate the app (e.g. Firebase, crash reporting tools), under strict confidentiality.
- When required by Australian law or a valid legal process.
5. Your Rights
You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us at quote2bill@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Children's Privacy
Quote2Bill is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of Quote2Bill after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
